Why is communication and interpersonal skills essential in Marketing?

A question i have for my final exam. It is very important, i seem to have a idea but i would like other input into this question.

Because you have to use your personal know how and skills to market anything no matter what it is, it’s you that has to convince people that this products is a great choice, and why? Because your telling them it is. And all that comes down to how you sell not what you sell. You gotta use your people skills dude, if you can’t use your interpersonal skill to communicate to people why they should by the product your marketing, then they won’t and your doomed, right, people skills!

    In my opinion, you should learn how to convince anyone. You should know how to treat them nicely in order to convince them on buying your product. You should also be sensitive on your words and you should treat them nicely.
