I wanna improve interpersonal skills. What book can I choose to read?

You’re going to laugh, but I would recommend "How to Win Friends and Influence People" by Dale Carnegie. It has been around for many, many years but is still valuable in the skills it teaches.

The best way to improve interpersonal skills isn’t to read a book! It’s to get out there and talk to people. If you are nervous around people, try to do things that calm you down as you talk. For example, take a relaxing walk in the park, and when you’re feeling confident, strike up a conversation with a stranger. It can be about anything, but start with smalltalk, like the weather. If you feel nervous or shy or find your foot twitching or something, just take a deep breath and stay calm, and remember that this person has no more reason to fear you than you them!
