My husband has been offered a job leading a group of sales and canvassers, maybe a crew leader?

Would it help for him to take courses in leadership in business, attitude, communication, interpersonal skills and marketing?

I guess he’s been offered this job, because his boss thought he could manage it.
Of course it is always better to learn as much as possible to make a career, so those courses wouldn’t hurt. But he probably won’t have to take them just to get this job.
